By placing an order at the Nikki Swift Designs website, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the following Terms and Conditions:
Colours and Variations
I have done my best to accurately show the colours of all products, but screen displays and photographs can vary. Please bear in mind that some colours may look different in reality. Due to the handmade nature of some orders, small variations may occur. In the event that your chosen card stock, embellishments or other materials are unavailable at the time of ordering, I reserve the right to substitute these for materials of an equal quality. You will be informed by email if any significant changes need to be made.
Personalisation / Errors
All text will be copied exactly as it is sent to me. I cannot be held responsible for any errors in spelling or details that you provide. If you believe that you have made a mistake, please contact me as soon as possible.
Cancellation
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible. Cancellations will not be available if your order has already been dispatched.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please email [email protected] with photographs, and I will respond as quickly as I can to arrange a suitable solution.
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to confirm the approval of your refund. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
Returns are not available for personalised items. If a personalised order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. Any defects or damage to your items must be reported to Nikki Swift Designs by email within 24 hours of the order being received by the customer.

Samples and Promotion
Nikki Swift Designs reserves the right to use samples of completed orders for photographs, portfolio and marketing purposes. This includes photographing the finished work for use on our website and social media. If you would prefer that photographs of any personalised items are not shared, please let us know as soon as possible.

All design work remains the property of Nikki Swift Designs and cannot be copied or reproduced in any way without permission.
Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, non tracked. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been dispatched. I am not responsible for any Royal Mail delays, but please contact me if your order does not arrive as expected. Please note that Royal Mail will not process a claim for a lost delivery until 10 working days past the expected delivery date.

Local customers can collect their order for free from Newport NP19. Please email [email protected], or send a message on Facebook / Instagram, to arrange a suitable day and time for collection.
