“When should we send our wedding invitations?”

I’m asked this all the time, so here is a handy guide you can save for later… 📝

I recommend sending out your invitations 4-6 months before your wedding date.

However, this definitely isn’t a set in stone rule, and some couples will choose to send earlier or later depending on how much notice they feel their guests need. (Invitations to destination weddings are usually sent earlier so people have plenty of time to book their travel and accommodation.)

This has definitely been my most popular wedding table plan design for the last couple of years: a clear acrylic backdrop with individual cards for each table, each fixed with a beautiful wax seal.

Each couple hires the acrylic backdrop and I love how many different wedding themes and colour schemes this style has worked for!

Looking forward to working with some new ideas for the backdrop this year too. 🤍
